Asia-Pacific hotels become ‘most compelling’ investment amid travel growth and flat supply: CBRE
Investor interest in hotel assets rose in Hong Kong and across Asia-Pacific in the first half of the year as stronger travel demand and limited supply supported property values, CBRE said. Hotel investment in the region reached US$8 billion, up 21 per cent year on year, with Japan, mainland China and South Korea drawing the most activity.
