The Dutch central bank has moved 86 tonnes of gold from the United States and Canada to London, saying the relocation will improve its preparedness for worsening geopolitical turmoil and make the reserves readily available in a crisis. France and Germany have also relocated gold. Analysts say the trend reflects changing reserve-management priorities, not an imminent economic disaster.
