Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said the execution of former Army Major Nidal Hasan, convicted in the 2009 Fort Hood shooting, would be open for people to watch. A Pentagon official told Al Jazeera it would be livestreamed. Hegseth said it was scheduled for December 3 at Fort Hood.
