Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man near the illegal settlement of Ganim, east of Jenin, after the army said he attempted a vehicular attack. Separately, an Israeli settler died after being shot near Halamish. Forces then closed access points to Ramallah and al-Bireh while searching for a suspect.
