An Israeli settler was fatally shot in the occupied West Bank, while Israel’s military said it killed a man who tried to ram troops with his vehicle elsewhere in the territory. FRANCE 24 correspondent Noga Tarnopolsky said Israeli military authorities responsible for the West Bank had warned the government that the situation was essentially out of control.
