Ukraine’s Defense Ministry says the country intercepted 29 of 195 Russian ballistic missiles launched in July. The figure comes as shortages of air-defense capabilities are worsening. A poll found that 60% of Ukrainians oppose ceding Donbas to Russia, while the same share supports freezing the war if security guarantees are provided.
