WorldCeuta grapples with fallout from border surge as most migrants return to Morocco
Spain’s enclave of Ceuta was moving back toward normal over the weekend after an unprecedented surge of migrants from Morocco. As many as 60,000 people entered the small territory in only two days. At least 72 migrants died, while most of those who arrived had already gone back to Morocco. Residents were still dealing with the humanitarian, political and social consequences of the episode.
