As Russian voters cast ballots on the third and final day of the country’s first wartime parliamentary election, Ukraine launched what Moscow called the largest-ever drone attack on the capital. Kyiv reportedly fired more than 1,000 drones at Russia, killing two people in the Moscow region and damaging an oil refinery.
