Russian officials said two people were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region, where an oil refinery was also hit. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said more than 1,600 drones had been intercepted since Saturday, including 450 targeting the capital, calling it one of the largest attacks there since the full-scale invasion. The strike came on the final day of Russia’s parliamentary election. Separately, Russian attacks killed at least four people in Ukraine’s Kyiv region.
