Ukrainian forces launched more than 1,000 drones at Russia overnight, officials said Sunday, with hundreds directed toward Moscow. Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called it the capital’s “largest ever” drone attack, saying 450 drones were downed on approach, while the Moscow Oil Refinery and a residential building were damaged. Russia was also completing the third and final day of its first wartime parliamentary election.
