PoliticsPutin grants Vietnamese citizens visa-free travel for one year
Russian President Vladimir Putin approved visa-free entry to Russia for Vietnamese citizens for one year, through October 15, 2027. They may stay for up to 30 days for private or business visits, tourism, events or transit. The exemption excludes employment, residence, education and journalistic activities and takes effect October 15, 2026.
