HealthKenya confirms first Ebola case after DRC-linked patient dies in Nairobi

Kenya has confirmed its first Ebola case after a Kenyan national who had returned from the Democratic Republic of Congo died in Nairobi. Officials identified 28 contacts and are tracing 23 passengers from the same flight. Contacts will be isolated for 21 days. The DRC outbreak has killed more than 4,000 people and recorded over 8,300 confirmed cases.
