HealthKenya reports first Ebola case imported from DRC after patient dies in Nairobi

Kenya has confirmed its first Ebola case after a Kenyan citizen who had been living in the Democratic Republic of the Congo died in Nairobi. The patient became ill in the DRC last month, travelled by road to Kampala and then flew to Nairobi, where he was isolated after developing symptoms. Authorities identified 28 contacts and are tracing 23 passengers and four crew members from the flight.
