WorldSouth Korea shipped fuel to Russia via sanctioned vessels, media reports

More than 176,000 tonnes of fuel, mainly diesel, were loaded from South Korean ports onto Russian tankers in July and August, the Guardian reported. Seven tankers made 14 voyages, including vessels sanctioned by the UK and EU. The shipments may undermine sanctions but do not appear to breach South Korean law.
