WorldFuel from South Korea shipped to Russia as Ukraine war continues

A Guardian analysis of port records and ship-tracking data found that more than 176,000 tonnes of fuel, mainly diesel, were loaded at South Korean ports in July and August for 14 voyages to Russia’s Far East. Three of the seven tankers involved were sanctioned by the UK and EU. An expert said the shipments undermine Seoul’s public support for Kyiv and could make South Korea appear a weak link in Western pressure on Moscow.
