Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev met Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Deputy Prime Minister Mger Grigoryan to discuss extending the Armenian nuclear power plant’s service life again, until 2036. The project’s first stage is complete, and the plant was cleared to continue operating its generating unit. They also discussed prospects for new nuclear facilities in Armenia.
