PoliticsVucic resigns as president of Serbia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic signed and submitted his resignation on Sunday, ending his term without requiring parliamentary approval once the written letter is received. Speaker Ana Brnabic will perform presidential duties for up to three months and must call a presidential election. Vucic said he would join the October 25 snap parliamentary elections as an ordinary citizen.
