Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić has stepped down after completing his second and final five-year term. He says he will seek the premiership in an early parliamentary election as the right-wing Serbian Progressive Party’s candidate. The outgoing parliament speaker will serve as interim president until a successor is elected.
