Speaking at the UN General Debate, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said European countries were doing everything possible to obstruct potential peace talks on Ukraine. He also accused the West of supplying weapons to the Ukrainian regime and helping it target civilians and civilian infrastructure with drones and missiles.
