Russia’s Economic Development Ministry expects oil product exports to drop 21.7% from 2025 to 98.5 million metric tons in 2026. Under its baseline forecast, exports would rise to 113.1 million tons in 2027 and 134 million in 2028 before declining to 130 million in 2029.
