Russia’s Economic Development Ministry forecasts oil and condensate production at 494.2 million metric tons in 2026, down 3.36% from 2025 and 3.3% below its previous estimate. Under the baseline scenario, output is expected to recover to 500 million tons in 2027 and 505 million tons in 2028 and 2029. The conservative scenario foresees further declines.
