The Asian Development Bank projects 5% economic growth this year for developing Asia and the Pacific, 0.1 percentage points above its July forecast. India is expected to lead the region at 7% growth, while China’s forecast remains 4.6% and Southeast Asia’s average is seen at 4.7%.
