Electoral analyst Stanislav Andreychuk said A Just Russia gained roughly 60,000 votes during the count of Russia’s State Duma election, when the party was hovering around the 5% entry threshold. An anonymous expert also pointed to 67,330 votes being added on the Central Election Commission’s website within an hour. The commission ultimately reported the party above the threshold.
