United Russia, backed by President Vladimir Putin, leads the parliamentary vote count with more than 57% after over 95% of ballots were counted. It is expected to hold nearly 80% of the 450-seat parliament, an all-time high. The three-day election was Russia’s first parliamentary vote since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
