A UN Human Rights Council special rapporteur says there are “reasonable grounds to believe” that 68 US attacks on boats allegedly carrying drugs in the Pacific and Caribbean constituted crimes against humanity. The strikes since September 2025 have killed more than 230 people, including four in the latest Caribbean attack.
