Russia’s Defense Ministry said 344 Ukrainian drones were shot down overnight over 16 regions and the Black Sea on Sept. 19. Sochi temporarily closed beaches and its waterfront over a reported sea-drone threat, and voting there had been suspended on the first election day. Ukraine has not commented.
