Malaysia’s pardons board, chaired by the king, agreed on Friday to let jailed former prime minister Najib Razak complete the rest of his sentence under house arrest, the prime minister’s legal department said. Najib was convicted four years ago in connection with a multi-billion-dollar financial scandal.
