Malaysia’s former prime minister Najib Razak has received a second royal pardon allowing him to serve the remainder of his sentence at home, subject to conditions including payment of a fine of about US$12 million and compliance with Pardons Board terms. The case concerns abuse of power, breach of trust and money laundering linked to SRC International.
