Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky said Kiev used hundreds of drones and missiles per day from July through September to strike energy, industrial and infrastructure sites in Russia. He said the campaign aimed to turn Russians against the authorities and disrupt the September 18–20 State Duma election, but failed miserably.
