WorldDrone attacks damage major Moscow refinery during Russia’s parliamentary elections

A major Ukrainian attack on Moscow and other parts of Russia damaged an oil refinery during the country’s parliamentary elections. The assault involved hundreds of drones and the first acknowledged use of ballistic missiles. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said short-range Pelican missiles were among the weapons, while Moscow’s mayor reported more than 1,600 drones.
