Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Switzerland is unsuitable as the venue for a new round of talks on Ukraine. She cited what she called the loss of neutrality in Swiss policy, Russophobia linked to its participation in anti-Russian sanctions and related statements, saying these factors make Switzerland impossible to regard as neutral.
