WorldLavrov says Russia refuses to stop attacking Ukraine during peace talks

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow would not pause its full-scale invasion of Ukraine while negotiations on a peace settlement continued. He rejected a temporary ceasefire and a Putin-Zelensky meeting in a third country, while saying Russia remained ready for talks. Zelensky said he was willing to meet Putin at the G20 summit in Miami in December.
