Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said progress in resolving the situation around Iran should be driven mainly by Gulf Cooperation Council states and Iran, with Iraq also joining a meeting planned in Oman soon. He said some states clearly oppose the process and that the meeting, initially set for Monday, was postponed by several days.
