Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said some European countries periodically propose creating an undisclosed channel with Moscow to discuss resolving the Ukraine conflict. Russia has never rejected such offers, he said, adding that confidential contacts produced nothing beyond Europe’s public statements, while Moscow remains ready for even “not very serious negotiations.”
