The US Justice Department says Andrey Samuylovsky, a citizen of Russia, Estonia and Switzerland, pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate US sanctions by supplying Russia with aviation and aerospace parts. Prosecutors say he and associates arranged dozens of shipments worth nearly $2 million from early 2022 through September 2024. He faces up to 20 years in prison and is due to be sentenced on January 13, 2027.
