CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said the organization is concerned about NATO military infrastructure being created along the borders of its area of responsibility and about bellicose rhetoric from NATO countries directed at some CSTO members. He said the situation serves no constructive interest and that the CSTO will continue strengthening collective security through political, military and threat-response work.
