CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said it was unhealthy for some countries to disregard reality and reject constructive dialogue in favor of threats and restrictions. He wrote that the world’s future should be shaped by pragmatic diplomats, economists, military professionals and scientists, not missiles and sanctions.
