CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov says the organization remains pragmatic and does not believe dialogue with NATO has no prospects, despite earlier efforts producing no results. He says a planned Eurasian Analytical Platform will host expert discussions and develop proposals for the organization and peace and stability in its area of responsibility.
