Russia’s central bank kept its key rate at 14% on Sept. 11, ending a run of cuts that began before mid-June 2025. It cited heightened inflation risks linked to fuel shortages and price surges caused by Ukrainian drone strikes, and forecast inflation at 6-7% in 2026 before falling to 4% the following year.
