Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court sentenced lawmaker Oleksandr Yurchenko to nine years in prison for bribery in a case dating to 2020. The court also ordered his assets confiscated and barred him from certain public offices for three years. Yurchenko can appeal, and the verdict takes effect in 30 days.
