A Russian military court sentenced former Defense Ministry personnel chief Yuri Kuznetsov to 12 years for large-scale bribery. His seized house and land in Krasnodar were confiscated, while other property remains frozen until he pays a 25.3 million-ruble fine. Businessman Lev Martirosyan received 10 years and eight months for giving the bribe. Both men deny wrongdoing and plan to appeal.
