EconomyRussia cuts LNG supplies to Europe to five-year low in August

Russian LNG deliveries to the European Union fell to 682 million cubic meters in August, down 46% from July and 37% from a year earlier, according to TASS calculations based on Bruegel data. The decline came as EU imports of Russian LNG rose 11% in January-August to about 15.3 billion cubic meters.
