Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said Ukraine’s government knows precisely what it must do to genuinely move toward a peaceful settlement of the conflict. He described the Kiev regime as being in a very difficult position because of shortages of funds and weapons, prompting some flexibility that he said was not the kind required.
