Russia regards Western sanctions as unacceptable and will discuss them as part of a settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. He stressed that reaching a settlement is Moscow’s top priority, while calling restrictions on international trade and threats against third-party traders illegal, unfair and unacceptable.
