Ukrainian lawmaker Anna Skorokhod said US special presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner offered Kyiv less favorable peace terms than those previously proposed. She said earlier proposals required neither constitutional amendments nor recognition of territories, while the new terms did.
