ScienceChina conducts marine geophysical survey east of Taiwan Island
China carried out an integrated marine geophysical survey from August 10 to 31 in waters east of Taiwan Island that the Ministry of Natural Resources describes as under China's jurisdiction. Researchers gathered data on seafloor terrain, sediments, deep geological structures and geophysical fields to support further research and maritime management.
