Russian Far East and Arctic Development Minister Alexey Chekunkov said the crew of the research vessel Professor Molchanov, seized by Norway in Svalbard, is safe. He said the ship and crew are physically unharmed and that the owner Arktikugol’s legal team will soon issue a formal response.
