New York Times photojournalist David Guttenfelder has spent 35 years documenting history, including in Rwanda, North Korea and conflict zones worldwide. This year he photographed Minneapolis during the federal immigration crackdown and deadly clashes involving ICE. His exhibition, “The People of Minneapolis vs. ICE,” is on display at the Visa pour l’Image festival in Perpignan.
