CultureFrom North Korea to ICE: Photojournalist David Guttenfelder on Minneapolis’s front lines

New York Times photojournalist David Guttenfelder has spent 35 years documenting history, including in Rwanda, North Korea and conflict zones worldwide. This year he turned his camera on Minneapolis, covering the federal immigration crackdown and deadly clashes involving ICE. His exhibition, “The People of Minneapolis vs. ICE,” is on display at the Visa pour l’Image festival.
