The European Commission will not hold talks with Russia during the G20 finance ministers’ meeting attended by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, spokesperson Paula Pinho said. Economy Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis, who represents the Commission, does not intend to meet Siluanov. The statement followed Siluanov’s consultations with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
